Short description 

There is an increased need for mobility, as well as professional-, language- and intercultural- competence among apprentices in the tourism trade. The project aims to increase the employability and the mobility of the apprentices through gaining new professional-, language- and intercultural competences. A further goal is to make tourism jobs more attractive by offering work-placement abroad during the apprenticeship, which will lead to an increase in the number of participants. The main activity is the delivery of 2-week employment programmes in Sweden for the realisation of the described goals: foreign language lessons and professional training at the school as well as work placement in local companies.
