Brief description
The main aim of the project is the development and spreading of a well-established training concept for mediation and training of the main proficiencies with special attention paid to social talents. At the same time training leads to an intensive debate on one’s own personality and the professionally applicable talents demanded by the working market. The training concept is to be implemented by all of the member states and Germany with a view towards the different institutions and target groups being given a lasting impression.
