Social Foundation

Further development and adjustment of social foundations, which are instruments of active labour market policy in Upper Austria, for employees having concluded a temporary work contract with socio-economic enterprises or non-profit employment projects, which in the long run relieve social security systems and contribute to the exploitation of synergies between social and labour market policies.
