Qualified Personnel Case Management Croatia

Brief description

With entry into the European Union in 2013 the approach of action of case management will also become established in Croatia.  By communicating, cooperating and coordinating the services offered within and parallel to the service segments, integrated support benefits are to be achieved in case management.  This allows for customized, individual help and breaks down the barriers in inter-institutional and inter-professional cooperative work.
There was a comprehensive certification programme, with qualified personnel / case management during a one-week training session (17.09.2012 - 21 .09. 2012) in Samobor, Croatia for the Croatian team, consisting of 12 rehabilitation experts from Zagreb, Split, Rijeka and Osijek.  The second session shall take place in Austria in November 2012 and is to end with an examination and a professional discussion.  This competency discussion shall include a presentation of the written work and answering the probing detailed questions of an external assessment commission.  The certificates are then valid for three years.  The REHA College is responsible for both the contents and the organisation.
