The aim of this project is to use multimedia computer applications and telecommunication as tools instruments leading to vocational qualification in order to lead disabled individuals back to the labour market.
The innovative characteristic is the creation of new integrated job opportunities for people with disabilities by combining the latest communication technology and a complementary multimedia qualification.
