Empowerment via self-organized learning

Description 

Referring to the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) the institutions of the Partnership want to promote personal competence (responsibility and autonomy) of disadvantaged young adults learners by developing and testing competence-related concepts of self-organized learning.

The pedagogic objective is to integrate the young adults into the process of lifelong learning. As the meaning of "personal competence" has to be seen in a muticultural context , the European Partners will work on a transnational approach of an output-related understanding of self-organized learning to promote personal competence by sharing experiences and good practice.
