Developing and implementing a multimedia qualification programme in the fields of internet, multimedia language qualification, multimedia presentation techniques and job application training, multimedia office communication, videoconferencing and multimedia tools for graphics.

The aim is to drastically increase the utilisation of multimedia and telecommunication in the field of (further) education and training for young people by creating a Europe-wide multimedia infrastructure.
