Short description 

This project strongly supports the EU priorities by fostering access of a risk group, disadvantaged women, to continuing VET.  Disadvantaged women face a so-called "double disadvantage", of being both a female and being in a disadvantaged status (low level of education, low socio-economic status, disabled, long term unemployed, etc.)

with respect to labour force participation and employment. Analysis of specific vocational training needs of disadvantaged women. To develop modules and instruments for job search skills, socializing skills and business building skills of disadvantaged women through vocational education modules, counseling services in career guidance and Workshops
