The knowledge and experience of the Austrian partner on integrative employment were utilised in the project, specifically an innovative method of employment of physically disabled people within companies and organisations, which is geared toward the requirements and possibilities of the disabled person.
Employment of such people presents the companies with a sort of corporate social responsibility. The disabled person profits from individual employment. The focus of interest is directed at the needs of disabled young people and their goal of finding employment.
