Creation and conversion of an integrated model to the evaluation, vocational training and employment of people with disabilities in the job market in Romania

Project aim:

The main purpose of the project exists in the creation and conversion of an integrative model to the evaluation and professional education which should lead people with disabilities in the romanian job market to one rising of the participation and inklusion of people with physically and psychically disabilities.

Project contents:

• creation an planning workshops
• consultating the partners
• seminar paper on subjects relevant for project
• planning and organization of study visits/hospitations for participants of the romanian partner

In particular in the following areas: Analysis status quo, analysis possibilities working integration, improvement of legal basic conditions, assessment & qualification as well as creation of workshops and companies for people with disabilties.
