Short description

The core idea of this project is to support family carers. On the one hand by providing online/blended learning information regarding basics on - home care - dealing with Dementia, and the other hand in the training of the nurses, who will be active in extramural services in the future, and as multipliers then pass it on to the carers. In our view this could help to improve the situation of elderly persons in need of care and helps as well their families.
