Short description
Starting from the comparison at European level between the good practices from the partner countries, ACT IN TIME intend to design and implement a model of cooperation between public and private entities, specific to the issue of migrants integration into EU Labor Markets which will then be tested at the local level in each partner region.Such model will be the framework in which the partners will work jointly to:
• The consolidation of methodologies and materials provided by the project partners at EU and national level;
• The Skills updating and upgrading of the operators to activate processes for the recognition of qualifications and skills to improve migrants access to the work;
• The definition, activation and finally the delivery of the individual action plans for each migrant, tailored to the individual needs using different methods, including classroom training and the organization of traineeships in enterprises to bridge the gap between the skills possessed and expected by the companies.
