The project at hand provides the opportunity to let 100 people in the region Uckermark have a “new life” for a period of two years.  With the EU partner region (Upper Austria) There is to be a close exchange of ideas, ways of working and solutions to problems, thus ensuring that the approaches developed in the project are transferable
